Architectural Technologist (Contract)


We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Utena. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with the potential for future opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed plans and drawings
- Use specialized software to create accurate technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress
- Communicate with contractors and engineers to ensure designs meet all necessary regulations
- Prepare specifications for materials and building techniques
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Review project plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1400 per month.
