Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated with a degree in Architecture and is looking to gain valuable experience in the field. You will work closely with Senior Architects to create project proposals, develop design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and plans. Your main focus will be on commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Architects to create project proposals that meet client requirements
- Develop design concepts that are innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing
- Produce detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Work within budget constraints and ensure projects are completed on time
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in commercial architecture
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Experience working on LEED certified projects

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
