Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs according to client requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review project plans for accuracy, compliance with building codes, and feasibility
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction methods
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1800 per month
