Construction Project Coordinator



Construction Project Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports the team in planning, organizing, and controlling construction projects. This position is based in the city of Mecca and is open to all nationalities, with preference given to Canadian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate project activities between different teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date
- Prepare reports and presentations for project updates
- Assist in managing project budget and tracking expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. No previous experience is required; however, candidates with some prior experience in construction or project coordination will be given preference.
