We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer to join our team in Ufa. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment at residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to design specifications
- Ensure proper mounting and wiring of panels
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal panel placement
- Troubleshoot any technical issues during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in solar installation is preferred but not required
- Fluent English is not required but would be an advantage for communicating with clients from different countries.
