Online Consultant for Egyptian Applicants in Mauren


We are currently hiring an Online Consultant to provide support and assistance to our Egyptian applicants in Mauren. This is a remote position that can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Egyptian applicants through various online platforms such as email, chat, and video calls.
- Provide guidance and answer inquiries regarding the application process, requirements, and other related matters.
- Assist in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents.
- Stay updated with the latest policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to the applicants.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective support for the applicants.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic language (both written and spoken).
- Good command of English language is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as email, chat, or video calls.
- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in Mauren. No need to travel or relocate.
