Metal Worker

We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing metal structures and components using various welding techniques. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal materials
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and presses
- Weld or solder components together using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Repair damaged metal components by welding or replacing parts as needed
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: Starting at $1200 per month

Location: Clairvaux
