We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various factory machines and equipment. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Factory Machine Operator and possess strong technical skills. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving abilities. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a keen eye for quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate factory machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running smoothly
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols while operating machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex machinery
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
