We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Sheduva, Nepal. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to various products and projects. Your main duties will include sanding, staining, painting, and sealing surfaces to achieve a smooth and polished finish. You should have experience in using various hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of different materials and techniques used in finishing.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for candidates who are already based in Sheduva or willing to relocate at their own expense. Responsibilities:
- Sanding, staining, painting, and sealing surfaces according to job requirements
- Using various hand and power tools such as sanders, brushes, sprayers
- Mixing paints and stains to achieve desired colors
- Applying finishes using proper techniques and materials
- Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or imperfections
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role

- Strong physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
