Project Manager - Ufa, Russia (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or budgets
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
