We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Jizan. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. Your responsibilities will include creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all baked goods meet our high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a pastry kitchen, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats according to recipes
- Develop new recipes that meet our customers' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Ensure all baked goods meet our quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness
- Train and supervise bakery staff on proper baking techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs by minimizing waste and properly managing inventory levels

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes that meet customer preferences
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise bakery staff
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jizan (open to candidates from all nationalities)
Language Requirement: Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
