Barista in Bansko (Indian Candidates Preferred)


We are in search of a skilled Barista to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with exceptional customer service. We prefer candidates from India who can communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company specifications
-Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and handling payments
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
-Handle food preparation for accompanying pastries or snacks
-Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Barista or related role preferred
-Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
-Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required)
-Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
-Able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings if needed
-Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
-Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
