Job Title: Waiter at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Lisbon


We are a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Lisbon, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders
- Provide recommendations on food and wine pairings
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have a valid work visa for Portugal or be eligible for visa sponsorship
