Part-time Administrator

We are hiring a part-time Administrator in Porto to assist with various administrative tasks. This position requires previous experience in an administrative role and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. A competitive salary of 1300$ per month will be offered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and send out correspondence, such as emails and letters
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own accommodation in Porto
- Valid visa for working in Portugal
