Hotel Sales Manager - Dubai
We are a reputable hotel in Dubai, seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitable margins for the hotel
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
