Architectural Technologist in Braga


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of building projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to produce detailed technical drawings and plans, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your role will also involve conducting site surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring that all building regulations are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client needs and comply with regulations
- Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software for various stages of the project, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare reports outlining building specifications and materials required for construction
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Review contractor submissions to ensure compliance with approved drawings
- Communicate regularly with project team to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
