IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure in Almada. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have a thorough understanding of current technology trends and be able to make informed decisions about system upgrades and implementation. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Ensure the security and efficiency of all systems, including network infrastructure, data storage, and software applications
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system related issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or new implementations
- Oversee the procurement of new hardware or software as needed
- Create documentation and maintain records of all IT policies, procedures, and configurations
- Train employees on proper use of technology resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, data storage systems, software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of current technology trends
