As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect our company's data and information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, databases, and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT role.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure.
