Surveyor - Land and Property Management


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and property, producing accurate maps and drawings, and providing expert advice on land and property management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land using advanced tools and equipment
- Create detailed maps, plans, and drawings to accurately represent the surveyed area
- Analyze data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Provide expert advice on land and property management to clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Keep updated on current laws, regulations, and industry standards related to surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in land or property management
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, etc.
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and drawings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. However, candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply.
