Civil Engineer - Construction Coordinator (Utena, Lithuania)

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a contract position suitable for men without prior experience in the field, and with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience working on construction sites preferred but not required
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Please note that this position is only open to Indian nationals who hold a valid biometric passport. English language proficiency is not required for this role as the primary language spoken on site is Lithuanian.
