A reputable land surveying company in Akron is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing detailed reports and maps, and providing accurate data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries using various tools such as GPS equipment and total stations
- Prepare detailed reports and maps using survey data
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Perform research on land records and collect field data to support survey findings
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in CAD software is preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Akron (accommodation provided for non-local candidates)
