We are a growing land surveying company in Akron, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, creating maps, and providing accurate data for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying and possess strong technical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and drawings for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide precise data for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of surveying software and equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
