Office Manager (Filipino Preferred)



As an Office Manager at our company in Nairobi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating office procedures, supervising administrative staff, and handling human resource functions such as recruiting, training, and performance evaluations. You should have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in office management. A Filipino background is preferred for this position due to cultural compatibility with our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, with the option for part-time work. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
