Instrument Technician


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Instrument Technician to join our team in Shan, China. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in production processes. This includes troubleshooting, calibrating, and testing equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments such as gauges, transmitters, and controllers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications
- Test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with production teams to coordinate instrument maintenance schedules
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with instruments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in production processes (e.g. pressure gauges, thermocouples)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Shan, China
