Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Utena, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Monitor progress on construction sites and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
