Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of various building projects in Utena. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills as you will be working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor quality of work and address any issues that arise
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Make decisions regarding changes or modifications to plans if necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and permits/ approvals process
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
