As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of masons to ensure high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct the work of masons on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for masons, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used on each project.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Extensive knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Mason Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for easy access into Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
