Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Consider factors such as materials, space utilization, safety regulations, and cost when designing structures
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Review architectural plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Work with contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications
- Monitor progress of projects from conception to completion
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month
