Commercial Architect
As a Commercial Architect in Balzers, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. Your primary duties will include creating plans and blueprints, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be involved in site visits, inspections, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, strong technical skills, and experience with commercial building projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs for commercial buildings based on client needs and specifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to evaluate the progress of construction and ensure compliance with plans
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on commercial building projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong technical skills in building codes, materials, construction methods, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
