Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of couriers in Balzers. You will ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any delivery-related problems
- Ensure that all couriers comply with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers
- Manage inventory levels for delivery supplies
- Provide support to couriers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and software
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Balzers
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Balzers (accommodation provided if needed)

Part-time position (20 hours per week)
Experience required: 1 year minimum
