We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things sweet and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to creating new and innovative desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or special requests
- Decorate pastries and desserts using different techniques to enhance their presentation
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation guidelines
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff in pastry techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items that incorporate seasonal ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen setting
- Creativity in designing new dessert items that are visually appealing and delicious
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. The actual salary may vary depending on experience level.
