Industrial Architect - Design and Project Management

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main focus will be on creating functional, safe and efficient spaces for manufacturing, processing, storage or research purposes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve using your technical expertise to produce detailed drawings, blueprints and specifications, as well as managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints and specifications for industrial buildings
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work with clients to make necessary adjustments to designs during construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations
- Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open to candidates from any nationality)

This is a full-time position but part-time arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.
