Project Manager - Faro, Portugal (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to project plan
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of work
- Prepare regular reports for management on project progress and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Portuguese

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1400 per month.
