Loader Operator



A well-established construction company in Almada is seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and unload materials such as rocks, sand, gravel, and debris
- Transport materials to designated areas within the construction site
- Perform routine maintenance on loader such as greasing, oiling, and cleaning
- Inspect loader for any damages or malfunctions before each shift
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while operating loader
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction environment
- Valid loader operator license or certificate preferred
- Ability to operate other heavy machinery is an asset (excavator, bulldozer)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on project needs.

Location:
This position is located in Almada. Candidates must have their own valid visa or residency status.
