Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar

As a business coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and teams in improving their performance and achieving their goals. You will work with clients from various industries and backgrounds, helping them identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement strategies to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to assess their current situation and define their goals
- Provide feedback and advice on areas such as leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with clients to create action plans that align with their objectives
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure goals are being met
- Utilize various coaching techniques to motivate and empower clients to reach their full potential
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in coaching to continuously improve performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business coach or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
- A passion for helping others succeed
- Availability for part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- Kenyan nationality preferred (not required)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
