We are hiring a Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing. You should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. Your duties will include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of service, and overseeing staff training and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial records and creating strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to interact with guests from different backgrounds. Salary: 1200$ per month

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Resort Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of budgeting, marketing, and financial management
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Create strategies to increase revenue and manage financial records
- Interact with guests from various backgrounds with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle any issues or complaints that may arise from guests or staff members
- Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members
- Monitor trends in the hospitality industry to implement new ideas or improve existing services
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are well-maintained
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Provide regular reports to upper management on the resort's performance and suggest improvements as needed.
