Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to repair requests from clients
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Follow safety protocols when handling tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Skilled in various repair tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
