Machine Operator
Location: Eldoret, Kenya


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines in our production facility. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating the machines
- Accurately record production data and maintain records for future reference
- Assist with setting up and adjusting the machines as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the production process

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and maintenance procedures
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Good communication skills in English (other languages such as Nepali would be an asset)
