Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and creating maps and reports based on your findings. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced land surveyors who are looking to gain international experience in a dynamic and growing city.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Interpret survey data to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps
- Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects to provide accurate survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all survey activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Experience working with GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
