Shaper - Woodworking Specialist
A reputable furniture company in Pula is seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and carving wood pieces according to specific designs and measurements. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. We are open to candidates of all nationalities, but fluent English is required for effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and machinery to shape and carve wood pieces according to designs and measurements
- Select appropriate wood materials and ensure their quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shaper or similar role in woodworking
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Proficient in using woodworking tools, machinery, and measuring instruments
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

This job is located in Pula, a beautiful city on the coast of Croatia known for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and vibrant culture.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own housing if not currently residing in Pula.

Visa & Ticket:
For non-EU candidates, we provide free visa sponsorship for the duration of the contract. We also cover the cost of one-way ticket from your home country to Pula.
