We are a surfboard manufacturing company located in beautiful Pula, Croatia. We are seeking an experienced Shaper to join our team and help us create high-quality surfboards for our clients.

As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and finishing surfboards according to specific designs and customer preferences. You will work closely with our design team and use your skills and expertise to create unique and functional boards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in shaping surfboards, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also have a strong understanding of different types of surfboard materials and their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Shape and finish surfboards according to specific designs
- Collaborate with the design team to create unique and functional boards
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the shaping process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory levels for materials used in shaping process

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shaping surfboards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of different types of surfboard materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

This is a full-time position suitable for men who are passionate about surfing and producing high-quality products. We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
