Mason - Construction Worker


We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Triesen. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and patios using various materials including bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stone.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it evenly on surfaces
- Lay bricks, blocks or stones in a specific pattern
- Cut or shape materials to fit into gaps or corners using hand tools or machines
- Align structures using plumb lines, levels, and squares
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces using trowels and other hand tools
- Repair damaged structures by replacing bricks, blocks or stones
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for long periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with construction materials, including their properties and uses
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate in English (no English required for this particular position)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract job. Accommodation will also be provided along with visa sponsorship for the selected candidate.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in masonry work.
