Part-Time Team Lead

As a Part-Time Team Lead in Gujrat, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of part-time employees. Your main goal will be to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company's goals and objectives.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing guidance and support to part-time team members
- Managing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for shifts
- Training new team members on company policies and procedures
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback for improvement
- Communicating with full-time team leads and managers to ensure consistency across all teams
- Resolving any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Keeping track of productivity levels and making adjustments as needed
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for increased efficiency

Requirements:
