Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist for our growing team in Faisalabad. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Train clients on basic computer functions and software usage.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Biometric passport required for travel (international or domestic).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.

Salary: 1200$ per month without accommodation. Salary may vary based on experience.

Location: Faisalabad (local candidates preferred).
