As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your main goal will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to expand market share
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (experience in FMCG is preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Indian nationality with own visa is preferred
