We are in need of a skilled Dismantler to join our automotive company in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and preparing them for recycling or resale. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and be able to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to company procedures and standards
- Inspect parts for damage or wear and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Sort and organize salvaged parts for recycling or resale
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler in an automotive setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify damaged or worn parts
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
