Job Title: Contract Baker


A well-established bakery in Faisalabad is looking for a talented and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and other sweets. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Proficiency in various baking techniques and recipes
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and other sweets using various methods such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as necessary
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when needed
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times to maintain high quality standards

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Valid work permit/visa for Faisalabad (own visa preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
