Job Title: Moderator for Online Community (Karachi)



As a Moderator for our rapidly growing online community in Karachi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and positive functioning of our platform. You will be responsible for monitoring user activity, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among members.

Your main duties will include reviewing user-generated content, responding to inquiries and reports, and addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community. Your goal will be to maintain a safe and welcoming environment where members can freely express themselves and engage with others.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should also have a strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms, as well as experience in community moderation or customer service. A background in psychology or conflict resolution would be a plus.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket services for all nationalities. As we are an international company, proficiency in English is required.
