Our bakery in Izhevsk, Russia is urgently seeking skilled and experienced Bakers to join our team. We are specifically looking for candidates from Pakistan or African countries who have a strong background in baking and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Train new bakers on baking techniques and company procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with health insurance benefits.
