Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are a renowned restaurant in Lom, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen. As the head of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that reflect the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. Your expertise in preparing traditional Indian dishes, as well as your ability to innovate and create new dishes, will be crucial in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to manage and train kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a chef specializing in Indian cuisine. A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian chefs with experience working in international restaurants. English language skills are not required for this role.
